ZAMT-100型医用臭氧治疗仪是国内最先获得国家食品药品监督管理局注册的国产大型臭氧治疗设备，该设备是由山东淄博前沿医疗器械有限公司与淄博爱迪尔测控技术有限公司联合研制的第三代高科技臭氧治疗产品。该机具备国际标准第三代臭氧治疗仪必备的臭氧浓度值在压力、温度扰动参数下自适应校正功能，具备臭氧催化还原系统60℃恒温及120℃程序加热自动修复功能，在安全方面机内增加了臭氧气体温度、压力传感器和气体泄露与超压保护阀，确保了设备的安全有效。
设备主控制系统采用原装德国SIEMENS S7系列产品，高效长寿命臭氧发生器采用了德国先进的钛合金基板和陶瓷平板沿面放电技术。ZAMT-2203型紫外LED光源臭氧浓度传感器为国内首创,已通过国家科技成果鉴定。该设备各项技术已获10项国家专利。
治疗范围：用于缓解椎间盘突出引起的疼痛；人体病变部位的臭氧微创介入治疗和其它医疗应用。
1、技术特点：
（1）采用电脑触摸屏技术，具备友好的人机界面,各种操作用手轻轻一点即可实现。
（2）通过显示屏文字提示，指导使用者进行操作，设定浓度值、浓度实测值、压力、温度值、报警提示等参数，实时同步显示。
（3）具备浓度值的压力、温度参数修正功能，确保了浓度值的准确性。
（4）具备完善的报警功能，包括温度超限报警，压力超限报警，冷却风机故障报警，浓度监测仪灯管失效报警功能。
（5）具有二级密码保护系统，确保设备安全使用。
（6）有三组常用浓度快捷键方便使用，并可根据需要随时修改或设定需要的浓度值。
（7）内置恒温加热型自修复式臭氧催化还原装置，可将臭氧高效还原为氧气后排出，并具备外循环治疗臭氧回收功能。可使治疗环境指标达到国家质量技术监督局颁发实施的《室内空气中臭氧卫生标准》（GB/T18202-2000）中规定室内空气中1小时平均最高容许浓度为0.1mg/m3的安全指标，确保在治疗过程中医务人员和患者的健康安全。
（8）开机、关机时自动消毒、自动冲洗功能，确保设备不被腐蚀。关机时如未关闭氧气阀，则设备报警，氧气关闭后自动关机。节气功能：在待机状态时，机内氧气阀自动关闭，停止供氧。
（9）具有强大的历史记录功能，电脑记录取气操作的次数和时间，档案可随机查阅，方便医院对设备的管理。
（10）智能按压取气：当用针管取气时只要轻轻一按即可自动充气，无空气进入。取气口配备一次性无菌帽起到隔离和防臭氧溢出作用。
（11）自锁式取气：用自锁式插头插入取气口，即可自动出气。取气压力有常压和加压两种方式，取气方式可编程控制，自动完成治疗过程。
