山东东佳集团成立于2002年，下设全资、控股公司4家，占地面积70万平方米，员工2200余人，其中科技人员近600人。集团年产氧化钛16万吨，硫酸90万吨，硫酸铵6万吨，已发展成为亚洲特大氧化钛生产基地之一。

   集团坚持科学发展，严格按照“资源－产品－再生资源”的模式延伸产业链，逐步形成了“以氧化钛为龙头，配套硫酸、蒸汽回用、副产硫铵、余热发电、综合利用”的循环产业链。国家发改委下发的《钒钛资源综合利用和产业发展“十二五”规划》作为我国钒钛资源高效配置、产业布局调整、技术升级改造的重要指南，其中明确将东佳集团列入钒钛资源产业基地，这在钛白行业尚属首例，也是对东佳近年来在钛资源综合利用方面所取得成果的高度肯定。集团先后荣获“全国综合利用先进单位”、全市“发展循环经济先进集体”、“淄博市最具社会责任感优秀企业”等称号。东佳是全国化工环境保护先进单位，荣获“低碳山东”先进企业称号，被省政府授予山东省节能先进单位，中国石油和化学工业联合会授予本公司“石油和化工行业环境保护与清洁生产重点支撑技术单位”。
