IDTT-B-615BN智能配变终端依据Q/GDW614-2011《农网智能型低压配电箱功能规范和技术条件》、Q/GDW 615-2011《农网智能配变终端功能规范和技术条件》和DL/T 721-2013《配电网自动化系统远方终端》标准设计，系统软硬件均采用面向对象的设计方法，多模块多CPU架构，高效的嵌入式Linux实时操作系统，先进的数字信号处理技术，高速工业网络通信技术。各模块实现独立工作，通过内部高速总线实现互联互通，实现对低压配电台区的智能管理。该终端满足标准型设计要求，并实现部分扩展功能。整机通过型式检验，满足电磁兼容性要求。

- 配电变压器监测与保护
电压、电流、有功、无功、功率因数、断相、谐波、电能质量、环境温湿度等统计数据，具有过压、过流、过负荷、欠压、过热等多种保护/警告功能。
- 电能信息量采集
台区电能信息采集，配电台区计量总表运行工况监测并上报。
- 遥控与负荷管理
通过主站控制命令，实现对断路器远程分合闸管理；主站可对终端下发多种负荷管理措施。
- 无功补偿控制
对配电台区无功功率进行快速动态补偿，对电容器投、切状态进行监控。
- 出线电流采集与分布式电源
对配电变压器出线电流进行采集和对外接分布式电源进行实时监测。
- 事件记录查询与上报
对配电台区发生的报警事件进行自动记录，上传，可追忆。
