1、背景技术
跌落式熔断器使用在配电变压器10kv高压侧和10kv配电线路分支上，作为配
电变压器和配电线路的过载和短路的保护装置，当熔断器的熔管发生熔断跌
落故障后，造成变压器侧电网故障电压降低易发生烧毁电机等用电事故，电
力检修工作人员因不知情无法及时赶到现场处理。
2、技术原理
本系统主要包含熔断器状态监测模块包含(水银开关和无线发射模块)和无线接收传输两部分组成。
当熔断器的熔管发生跌落的情况时，水银开关中的水银翻转，水银开关将电源与无线通信模块形成的回路接通，由无线通信模块将熔断器的状态信息传送到台区监测终端上，再由终端通过GPRS或光钎发送到监控中心及指定的运维人员的手机上。
3、应用前景
一旦配电变压器过载或短路造成熔断器发生熔断跌落，检测模块就会通过水银开关，扑捉到异常，由发射通信模块瞬间发送，再由接收通信模块通过终端发送至主站系统的自动监测平台和检修人员的手机中，实现第一时间发现台区停电，从而能极大地缩短抢修时间，减少电量损失。这项新技术的应用在国网公司目前尚处在试点应用阶段，下一步，国网公司将根据使用情况在部分台区进行推广应用，进一步提高配电网的供电可靠性，及时掌握低压配电台区的运行状态，提高配电自动化管理水平。该项目在大范围推广应用有很大的前景。
