氨肟化催化剂具有由两套十元环孔道和一套九元环孔道交错组成的三维孔道结构，具有的摩尔组成为(0.001～0.2)TiO2∶SiO2。
氨肟化催化剂是Ti原子部分取代硅铝分子筛中的铝原子而成，属于ZSM-5系列沸石分子筛，具有MFI拓扑结构，由硅氧四面体和钛氧四面体等初级结构单元，通过氧桥连接，构成了五元环的次级结构单元，并进一步形成三维微孔骨架，MFI分子筛具有二维的孔道结构，平行于a轴方向的十元环呈S型，孔径为0.51nm×0.55nm，平行于b轴方向的十元环呈直线型，孔径为0.54nm×0.56nm。
用途
本公司生产的氨肟化催化剂，平均粒径50-60m，最小接近10m，最大小于105m，粒径分布均匀,氨肟化催化剂可以作为催化氧化催化剂，广泛应用于氧化反应、环氧化反应和胺肟化反应。例如，用于生产环氧丙烷的催化剂，用于生产环己酮肟的催化剂。
