费托合成是合成气经催化反应转化为碳氢化 合物的过程。费托合成过程中主要发生生成烷烃 和烯烃的反应，同时还伴随有含氧化合物的生成和 水煤气变换（ＷＧＳ）反应。费托合成的反应物（即合成气），可由煤、天然气或生物质经气化或重整等过程转化而来。费托合成的产物碳氢化合物具有无 硫、无氮和无芳烃等特点，因而由费托合成生产的 液体燃料（如清洁柴油等）可满足日益苛刻的环保要求。同时费托合成产物还可以是低碳烯烃等现 行化工过程的关键原料。因此，费托合成反应是 煤、天然气和生物质等非油基资源间接转化为高品位液体燃料和化工原料的一个关键步。XDFT-01 催化剂可将CO转化率达到90% 每立方米合成气的油品收率为155g/Nm3。
