PVC发泡调节剂是由丙烯酸酯类单体通过乳液聚合工艺制得，主要用于改善硬质PVC低发泡制品的泡孔均匀度，促进PVC树脂塑化、熔融，提高制品的外观质量。用于加工助剂时，能大幅度提高熔体强度。赋予制品更佳的表面光洁度。用于发泡调节剂时赋予制品更高的熔体强度，较佳的塑化性能和流动性，促进PVC的凝胶化，使发泡剂受热分解产生的气体尽快且完全溶解在PVC熔体中，与PVC分子链相互缠绕，大大提高了熔体的强度和弹性，使PVC熔体能够产生和膨胀气体相适应的强度和气体膨胀化必须的伸长率，以保证气体在增大过程中形成细小致密的又相互独立的泡孔，能够保留更多均匀致密的气泡，从而获得均匀的发泡结构，更低的密度和更佳的表面光洁度。产品为白色易流动粉末。不溶于水、乙醇，可溶于丙酮、三氯甲烷。

包装和贮运
产品外用塑料编织袋，内包装用塑料袋，双层包装，每袋25kg。包装袋外注明:商标、生产厂名、产品合格证、产品净含量、产品批号等。本品为无毒、无腐蚀性固体粉末，属非危险品，运输按非危险品操作，应防止爆晒、雨淋。本品贮存于阴凉通风处，防止阳光直射，保质期为12个月，超过保质期后经检验合格，仍可继续使用。注：查看新产品请登陆网站。
