工艺及性能 耐磨陶瓷复合管，从内到外由陶瓷层、过渡层和钢管三部分组成。制造工艺：在钢管内填充高纯度的混合反应物料固定在离心机内，离心机高速旋转，点燃反应物料在离心力的作用下，将2600℃以上的熔融氧化铝均匀、牢固的结合在钢管内壁，形成了致密、光滑的刚玉陶瓷层，其莫氏硬度为9.0，相当于HRC90以上，在工作温度-50℃—+900℃的范围内可长期正常运行使用。
特点及用途
耐磨陶瓷复合管因其结合强度高、抗磨损、耐高温、防腐蚀性强等特点。经用户长期使用，证明该产品使用寿命是无缝管的8—10倍，是合金钢管、铸石管的5倍，输送物料运行阻力小。可广泛应用于电力、冶金、煤炭、矿山等行业，例如：电厂锅炉送粉弯头、灰渣管道，钢铁厂高炉荒煤气、水冲渣、烧结机头、机尾除尘管道，煤矿重介质选煤管道，矿山回填、物料输送管道等，是恶劣环境条件下最理想的介质输送管道。
造价及安装
耐磨陶瓷复合管具有硬度高、致密大、重量轻等特点，改变了传统管道依赖厚度延长使用寿命的方法，耐磨陶瓷复合管与铸石管的工程造价基本相同，极大的方便了现场安装，加快了施工进度，因此减少了用户的运输、支架、吊装和施工成本。安装方式可采用法兰连接、快速接头连接和现场焊接等。
·在运输、吊卸、安装过程中应避免严重碰撞，特别要避免金属器械直接撞击端面陶瓷层。
·现场管道安装时，管道与管道中心要找正，高低要调平，确保两端面对接准确。
·现场焊接法兰时，其法兰面须与管件端面平齐。
·现场焊接的管道、管件，出厂时两端均有车床加工的60°V型坡口，对接严密，焊接宜采用小电流。
