工艺及性能
自蔓燃氧化锆耐磨复合管，从内到外由氧化锆耐磨层、过渡层和钢管三部分组成，制造工艺采用高温离心燃烧技术，在2700℃以上的熔融状态过程中形成致密、光滑的氧化锆耐磨层。

特点及用途
独特的制造工艺决定了自蔓燃氧化锆耐磨复合管具有高硬度、高致密、高耐磨的综合性能，具有以下特点：
1、安装便捷、灵活：产品能满足现场焊接、切割，无须法兰连接。而氧化铝陶瓷贴片管道只能采用法兰连接，相比极大的降低了投资成本。
2、钢管内里衬层结合牢固、无缝隙、不易脱落：与氧化铝陶瓷贴片管道相比，解决了因粘贴不牢，而造成使用过程中局部脱落现象发生。
3、不粘料、不堵塞：而内衬聚氨酯管道，一旦内衬层大面积脱落，易引起管道堵塞，进而造成系统停机。
该产品可广泛用于煤炭、冶金、矿山、电力等行业输送磨削性介质管道，如：洗煤厂重介选煤管道；钢铁厂高炉荒煤气、水冲渣、烧结机头、机尾除尘管道；矿山选矿、充填管道；电厂锅炉送粉弯头、灰渣管道等。是恶劣环境条件下最理想的介质输送管道。
